  • Each participant will select a leadership topic, prepare a presentation, and be recorded. Video review sessions will provide feedback on executive presence, body language, and communication techniques. This hands-on experience will enhance public speaking confidence and presence.

  • This workshop highlights the role of emotional intelligence (EQ) in leadership. Leaders will develop EQ skills that improve decision-making, communication, and team engagement, with a focus on creating a healthy and productive work environment.

  • This module focuses on understanding the roots of self-doubt, recognizing patterns of negative self-talk, and replacing them with self-affirming practices. It would emphasize identifying and leveraging individual strengths, setting achievable goals, and developing resilience. Including techniques like positive visualization, reframing limiting beliefs, and celebrating incremental progress can help clients build confidence in abilities and manage self-doubt constructively.
